I am a counsellor and therapist who trained in psychology and worked under supervision for over three years in private practice, supporting individuals and couples through a wide range of challenges.
My transition into counseling stems from a lifelong passion for helping others navigate the complexities of relationships, personal growth, and mental health. My training in psychology provided me with a strong foundation in evidence-based approaches, while my hands-on experience allowed me to develop practical skills in addressing relationship issues—interpersonal and familial—alongside concerns such as anxiety, depression, women’s mental health, and life transitions.
In addition to my therapy experience, I hold a Master’s in Education, which enhances my ability to guide clients in personal growth and development. I also provide psychological education to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier relationships, and manage life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
I bring a wealth of life experience and professionalism, offering a compassionate, grounded, and relatable approach to therapy. My areas of interest include helping clients navigate complex family dynamics, blended families, betrayal, co-parenting, interpersonal relationship challenges, women’s mental health, and rediscovering purpose.
